These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the official websites, official community spaces, official social media accounts, and customer support channels directly operated or managed by CanOpener in connection with Dungeon Settlers (collectively, the “Official Channels”).
By using the Official Channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Official Channels.
The installation and use of Dungeon Settlers, use of the game and game content, personal modifications, Mods, Fan Content, gameplay videos, Feedback, Updates, and the game license are governed by the separate Dungeon Settlers End User License Agreement (the “EULA”).

These Terms govern the use of the Official Channels, conduct within official communities, and communications with our customer support team. If these Terms directly conflict with the EULA regarding the use of the game or game content, the EULA will control to the extent of that conflict. These Terms apply to the use of and conduct within the Official Channels.
Where an official Steam community, Discord server, social media account, or other Official Channel is provided through a third-party platform, the terms, policies, and rules of that platform also apply.
We may moderate posts, restrict participation, or take other community-related actions only to the extent permitted by the authority granted to CanOpener on that platform. We do not operate or control Steam, Discord, social media services, or other third-party platforms, and we do not claim any independent authority to suspend or terminate your account on those platforms.
Purchases, payments, refunds, platform accounts, and platform-level enforcement actions are handled in accordance with the applicable platform’s policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection laws or mandatory platform rules.
You are responsible for complying with any age requirements, content ratings, and parental or legal guardian consent requirements that apply to you. If you are a minor, you should review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian.
We may modify, replace, temporarily suspend, or discontinue an official website, community space, social media account, or customer support channel where necessary for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons.
